
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You may cancel up to 24 hours before the activity without any charge.
- For same-day cancellations, you must present a medical certificate proving you cannot take the tour.
- Guests who do not show up on time for check-in will be charged the full price.

Pacifico Tours SA de CV (SUNRIDER TOURS) offers tours and experiences in Los Cabos, and therefore all our excursions and tours are conducted exclusively with prior reservation.
Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@sunridertours.com.
SERVICE FEE
A 12% processing fee for online transactions and ticket issuance will be added at the time of purchase and will appear on the order summary as a Service Charge.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The following cancellation and change policies apply only to individual reservations made through our website www.sunridertours.com. Group policies are established in the contract signed at the time of service booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Less than 24 hours before the Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance, it will be considered a “no show” or “absent.” In the context of a service, this means “failure” or “failure without notice,” and no refunds or changes will be made.
- More than 48 hours before the Tour: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the tour, you may reschedule or you may get a full refund.
- Group Reservations: These are subject to the terms and conditions of the service contracts.
- Cancellations by the operator: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety issues, operational problems, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund for the affected activity will be provided, but no additional compensation will be offered.
DATE CHANGES:
- 24 hours before the Tour: You can change your tour date free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
For the activities listed below, we offer an optional round-trip transportation service to most hotels in Los Cabos. The cost of this service is optional and is included in the tour option that includes it or not.

CHARGES TO YOUR CARD
A charge will be made to your credit card once your reservation is confirmed. Usually, this process is reflected after 24 hours of confirming your reservation on our website.
PRICES AND EXCHANGE RATE
Prices are in US Dollars, but charges to your cards are in Mexican Pesos. We use the rate indicated on the website, so your bank statement will show the applicable exchange rate.
FRAUD PREVENTION
As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, it is essential that the person who made the purchase present their credit card and personal identification at check-in.
If the cardholder cannot be present, please contact us at info@sunridertours.com for further instructions at least 24 hours before your tour.
