DESCRIPTION

Dive into a new adventure and become a certified Open Water Diver in the breathtaking waters of Los Cabos. This comprehensive certification course is designed for beginners and provides all the necessary skills and knowledge to explore the underwater world safely. With a mix of classroom theory, confined water dives, and open water dives, you’ll gain confidence and proficiency as a scuba diver while experiencing the vibrant marine life of the Sea of Cortez.

In our OPEN WATER course, we give you the necessary tools to instruct you under the direction of the highest expert guides and obtain the OPEN WATER DIVER SSI certificate. This program has been recognized worldwide as the best way for you to begin to enter this underwater world and stop imagining what exists below when you sail on a boat to see the sunset next to the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, but now go a few meters below the water and discover a new world that will surprise you.

We will combine practice sessions in the water with a little reading and videos until we ensure that you have the necessary skills to become a diver who is safe and comfortable underwater. We will divide this certification into a total of 11 hours of training which will be taken in 3 different days. It is important that you have read the material that we will provide you previously, as well as seen the videos to be able to enter the water.

IMPORTANT

  • SELF LEARNING (LECTURES AND VIDEOS AT HOME) BEFORE STARTING IN WATER ACTIVITY.
  • Divers Should not fly until 12 hours after a dive.
  • Must NOT present respiratory, cardiovascular and hearing problems.
  • Must be in good physical and metal conditions.
  • For safety and that of a baby, access to pregnant woman is not allowed.
  • Do not drink alcohol the night before your diving adventure.

RESTRICTIONS

  • This tour is for non-certified divers. All participants must complete a medical form before boarding. Those with certain health issues cannot dive and will incur a 100% cancellation fee but may be able to snorkel instead.
  • Recommended to contact us ahead of time to get medical form for physician approval.
  • Minimum age for scuba diving 10 years old.
  • Maximum weight: 120kg / 265 lbs.
